We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team in beautiful Greensboro, North Carolina—a city known for its affordability, friendly atmosphere, and excellent quality of life.

Responsibilities:
-
Maintain a full caseload of weekly therapy clients addressing a range of presenting problems including life stage transitions, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, trauma, attention/executive functioning problems, insomnia, and somatic symptom disorders

Complete weekly therapy intake evaluations
-
Routinely consult with clients’ providers for treatment coordination and holistic care

May complete comprehensive psychological assessments as needed or requested

Complete documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicare guidelines
-
Network and build relationships with local and regional organizations supporting the needs of our client population

Assist with program development and evaluation duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
-
Active, unrestricted license in NC (or NC license-eligible) and eligible for APIT/PSYPACT credentialing
-
Background and experience in geropsychology, rehabilitation psychology, health psychology, or neuropsychology strongly preferred

Training and experience in evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-focused therapies) strongly preferred

Excellent clinical skills and experience working with older adults

Commitment to holistic health and helping individuals achieve optimal quality of life
Position Details:

Fee split compensation model, 55% to the provider
