Caregiver Stress

Does someone you love have a physical, mental, or emotional condition?  Are you the primary support for a family member?

Maybe you are caring for an aging parent, or dealing with a spouse with dementia.  Maybe you are a new mother, or a parent of young children.  What all of these roles have in common is the inevitable stress related to caregiving.

You are a caregiver, and I truly believe caregivers are some of the angels on earth.  Your role is so vitally important and amazingly selfless.  But, the problem is, you cannot adequately care for someone else when you yourself are running on empty.  This is a recipe for caregiver burnout, depression, anxiety, etc.

My role is to support you as the caregiver, so that you are able to be at your best and able to sustain your caregiving responsibilities.  I will provide a safe space, open heart, and one on one attention to work through what is showing up for you, and we will work together to set goals and help you live your life with love, intention, and purpose.
