Stress, Anxiety, & Life Changes

We have all been there.  Life has become just a little (or a lot) too much too handle and you are doing the best you can and still struggling. 


Things feel overwhelming, you are tired, uptight, or irritable, and your relationships or work life is suffering. Add in the global stress of the COVID-19 pandemic and related factors that have literally touched every aspect of our lives.  This time period has raised so many unique day-to-day and emotional challenges. 

You do not have to do it alone.  And you are here because maybe you realize that you can't do it alone and need some help.  Major credit to you - it takes bravery and self-awareness just to get this far.  But it gets better. 


There are evidence-based treatments that are designed to help people struggling with these issues to regain a sense of comfort, peace of mind, contentment, and fulfillment.  I would say to regain control, but sometimes that's a part of the pesky illusion our brains create for us and cling to.  Sometimes, it is more about letting go (while committing to what matters to you) - and there are scientifically proven, evidence-based ways of doing so that we will work through together.  It is truly my joy to walk this journey beside you.
